How long will it take for my order to ship?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within one week. Please note that our fulfillment timelines can vary based on current demand and supply availability. If there is a significant delay with your specific order, we will reach out to you directly via email.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are processed and shipped from our location in Kitchener, Ontario.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. 

Will I have to pay duties or taxes?

Within Canada: Sales tax (HST/GST) will be applied at checkout based on your province. There are no customs duties for domestic orders.

International: For orders shipped outside of Canada, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees levied by their country’s customs department.

What happens if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact us at our Instagram @charmed_dollhouse within 3 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
