Shipping F.A.Q

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Handmade pieces are crafted just for you in our Kitchener studio and ship within 3–5 business days once your order is processed.

Curated finds sourced from our global partners ship separately and may take 1–2 weeks to arrive. If you ordered both, expect two separate deliveries — we'll send tracking for each!

Where do you ship from?

Our HQ is in Kitchener, Ontario, where all the handmade magic happens! Some of our curated finds ship directly from our global partners, so your order may arrive in separate packages. Either way, tracking is included so you always know where your goodies are.

Do you offer free shipping?

On orders over $50!

Do you offer tracking?

Yes. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes?

Within Canada: Sales tax (HST/GST) will be applied at checkout based on your province. There are no customs duties for domestic orders.

International: For orders shipped outside of Canada, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees levied by their country’s customs department.

What happens if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact us at our Instagram @charmed_dollhouse, or email charmeddollhouse@outlook.com within 3 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return & Refund Policy

If your clip arrives broken or damaged during transit, please send a photo of the item and the packaging to our Instagram page @charmed_dollhouse within 3 days of delivery.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss a resolution.

Please note that as these are handcrafted items, minor variations in gems or "stuffies" are part of the aesthetic and are not considered defects.
