How long will it take for my order to ship?
Handmade pieces are crafted just for you in our Kitchener studio and ship within 3–5 business days. Curated finds ship separately from our global partners and may take 1–2 weeks. If your order includes both, expect two deliveries, each with its own tracking.

Where do you ship from?
Handmade pieces ship from our studio in Kitchener, Ontario. Curated finds ship directly from our global partners, so your order may arrive in more than one package.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders over $50.

Do you offer tracking?
Yes. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is handed to the carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

What are your shipping rates?
Calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes?
Within Canada: HST/GST applies at checkout based on your province, no customs duties.
International: you're responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees your country charges.

What happens if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
If tracking shows "delivered" but it hasn't arrived, or your item arrives damaged, message us on Instagram @charmed_dollhouse or email charmeddollhouse@outlook.com within 3 days and we'll sort it out with the carrier.

What's your return and refund policy?
If your item arrives broken or damaged in transit, send a photo of the item and packaging to @charmed_dollhouse or email charmeddollhouse@outlook.com within 3 days of delivery. If you're unhappy with your order for another reason, contact us within 7 days to discuss a resolution. Since every piece is handcrafted, minor variations in gems or materials are part of the design, not a defect.
