Return & Refund Policy

If your clip arrives broken or damaged during transit, please send a photo of the item and the packaging to our Instagram page @charmed_dollhouse within 3 days of delivery.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss a resolution. There is a 14 day return window.

Please note that as these are handcrafted items, minor variations in gems or "stuffies" are part of the aesthetic and are not considered defects.
